Sunday Night: The mood was a low one at the Mansion after the elimination show-- all the Rockers had something different on their minds. J.D.-- who got the encore and was in the bottom three-- felt pretty good because “INXS saw a lot of me.” Mig toasted Jordis and told the others that it was "the first day of the rest of her career." Suzie look back on how Jordis used to tell her not to cry-- a memory that caused her, not surprisingly, to break down in tears-- not because Jordis was gone, but because she was so honored to be the last female Rocker standing. The Rocker who was most affected by Jordis' departure was Marty, who had formed a close friendship with her. "It's hard to take," he said, "It bums me out." (Full Story)

Sunday Night: Shock of Ty’s elimination hung over them as the Rockers shared a post-show meal. A toast was made to "a beautiful person," in the words of Suzie and as Marty described as a "rock and roll bad ass." But the most traumatized Rocker was Jordis. Wednesday was her first time in the bottom three and she was clearly shaken. "It should have been me," she told the others. But J.D. was having none of it: "What you're feeling is totally of your own doing," as he advised her to use those feelings to "catapult" herself. Privately, he said that the pressure might be getting to her; “she's showing her age and lack of experience. If you're going to be a member of INXS, he says, you have to be ready for anything." When Jordis sang a dreamy instrumental of David Bowie's "The Man Who Sold The World," several weeks ago she seemed destined to blaze a furious path straight to INXS' feet and straight onto their stage. But without having the crutch of being anchored to a stool whilst singing a song that filled the hall with its own plaintive ebb, Jordis became adrift. Onstage, in the midst of chaos, and stubbornly fulfilling the role of a Rock 'N' Roll lead vocalist, Jordis soon found herself an alien in her own skin. She would soon find solace in a ritualized hunkered-down hunchback rocker pose — a tomboy version of groovin' — that sought to hide her queasiness to radiating in such a spotlight.
