So with a week under our belt since the finale what did Teri and Ian think?

Teri/Ian Tar3 Review Finale “She Says” “He Says” Amazing Race 4
Reality Reel Media

Teri: Well my heart is breaking…Another Amazing Race is over. The heart is breaking all the more because as of yet we have heard nothing about an Amazing Race 5. What a sad moment when your favorite show comes to an end.

I am however pleased with the outcome of the race. Of the final three Chip and Reichen were my choice to take home the million. They may have been Team Clueless at times, but weren’t they all? You cannot run a 28 day race without making a few mistakes, Granted we thought they made more than a few!!

Kelly and Jon you gave us a good show. We all need to have a team to ‘hate’ and you fit perfectly into the scenario. Thanks for a great season. I really do appreciate your contribution to the show.

The major disappointment was Team Check Your Reservations before you get on a plane, alias The Goats. What a huge error at a critical time. Is that why CBS put on the clip of them saying how few mistakes they had made? Poetic justice I say kudos to the editors.

Ian: And out of the sand box they came total Olympians in the end…Its just Amazing isn’t it. It just shows everyone that you can make major mental mistakes, have bad luck along the way and still take the Gold if you have one very important thing “Determination” with a little bit of good luck on the side! Congratulations to Chip and Reichen for a good race and great entertainment…BRAVO.

I loved the roadblock and detours they were well thought out and presented equal opportunity for all the teams. Jon at the roadblock I just loved your desire to exhibit your wares, have you received any xxx rated offers as of yet? Considering the way Kelly was cheering you on I don’t suspect she would object…Although I was not happy with the way they interacted with the other teams, they went the distance and that’s all that matters. They certainly gave us a heads up, in your face show, had fun doing it, and in all fairness to them it’s about racing for a million dollars. You have to do it your way or it would not be fun at all and in the end result their way got them to the final three and the run for the gold.

Ah, Jeff and David, I am really surprised considering all the good racing that you did that you guys didn’t ask the ticket agent to research flights you could obtain from Sidney before you got on that plane…Well folks, that just shows you again that luck and one bad decision can lead to your demise in this race, although quite the opposite with Chip and Reichen so it seems. But none the less a race well run and times you will treasure forever…One hellava rush wasn’t it guys?

In Conclusion:

Teri: Great show guys. Every single team deserves a congratulations speech from me. It is a daunting task to even decide to participate in an event such as this. I am proud of each and every one of you. You livened up my Thursdays and gave me the opportunity to be a critic... I loved it. Thank you for a great run.
