Tina and Mary Beth are at the boiling point. Now with only two missions to go they are put in a situation where they must trust eachother. Get two girls that cant stand each other and give them burining hot coals..I wonder waht will happen...

Fresh after losing the Face-Off last week the roadies, face their attention once again to the game ahead. With only two tattoo pieces left each mission becomes more vital than the last. Tina seems to be getting on most people nerves on the trip. She's is constantly trying to get Dave, whose already somewhat together with Mary-Beth. Ever since the beginning of the show Mary-Beth and Tina have shared bad blood , and this situation with Dave is only escalating it.

The computer alerts the road rulers, it tells of a ritual and gives direction on where to meet. Once there the Roadies find out that this game will require a great deal of trust between the team. Each player will be partnered with another and they will have to work together to complete a task in order to win a tattoo piece, if they lose this mission a member must be voted off. The pre-selected teams are as follows.
Jeremy and Kristina
Dave and Chris
and you guessed it ,Mary-Beth and Tina.
The producers sure love to shake up things don't they? Immediately Tina expresses her dislike for the current situation, Tina , if you hate this just wait till you see the mission. The mission mayors tell the players that a member from each group must become a teacher and they will go off and learn the secret of trust from an instructor. That other players, the students, will remain in that location until it is time for the mission. Jeremy, Dave, and Mary-Beth are the teachers and they go off to see the ancient instructor.

I was expecting the instructor to look like your average Tahitian tribal dude, but he ended up looking a lot like Geraldo Rivera. He tells the teachers that they must get their player to perform a fire-walk, which is a twenty- foot walk across hot burning ashes. They have 2hrs to learn how do it with out burning off their skin. The teacher starts the mental and physical exercises with bending a metal rod, not with his hands, but with his throat! He asks Mary Beth to help him. M.B places the point of the rod in the middle of the lower part of her throat, and the instructor does the same. Then the instructor gives her the command to walk forward , and she give him a look of “have you lost you mind?” after some coaxing ,M.B gains trust of the teacher and she successfully bends the metal rod. The other teachers to the same.

The teachers then learn of their next exercise with is to sit and talk about their fears in order to overcome them. The teachers discuss the other players “disadvantages” in the game. Dave says Chris is sometimes too rushed and Jeremy says Kristina can sometimes be overconfident and Mary-Beth says Tina is really a man…just checking to see if you are still following, Mary-Beth really says that there is no trust between her and Tina. Duh.

Back with the other players Tina tell of how she has no good reason to hate Mary Beth, she just does. Calming; it's easier to hate than to love.” What a wonderful out look on life you have Tina.
The teachers return and tell the students what their mission is, they all seem ecstatic about the fire walk, which is good if our on a reality show but in real life you wont find me doing this. The teachers perform the same exercises they learned today, the steel bending and sharing fears. Most of the shows attention is focused on Tina and Mary-Beth who seem to be getting closer. All the players bend the rods and then they all discuss their fears. Kristina says that all her over confidence is all just a show and she's afraid of looking vulnerable. Chris says that he's afraid that people wont change their opinion of him even after he changed his life when he left college, and Tina says that she is afraid of being rejected.

Before the walk all the player are very nervous, Tina especially. She says that she doesn't not have full trust in Mary Beth. The time comes to walk and Tina is 1st. With no hesitation tine clears the course and she and Mary Beth embrace at the finish, awww. The rest finish with no trouble. The Rodies celebrate, but wait! The mission mayor says there is one more tasks to be done. Human sacrifice, the players vote for Tina and she is tossed into the fire as the other member of her team enjoy a bountiful feast. Actually it turns out that the teachers have to do the firewall too, but since they went though all that training it was no problem.

After the tattoo is given Tina give a formal apology to Tina. I wonder if this is what the producer were trying to accomplish this episode, Get to girls that hate each other and give them hot coals; and they become the best of friends; I doubt that, but that's what happened and its all nice and merry.
