We see Kina and Derrick walking and talking, and it seems that Derrick is looking for a girl like Kina. Kina tells us that she is not interested in Derrick that way. Kina tells Ibis that Derrick attempted to kiss her last night, but she wasn’t interested. She doesn’t want to ruin the friendship that Derrick and her have.

The Roadies get a message on the phone that their next mission will involve cows. Kina is excited, since she is from the country, and she wants to see some cows. Everyone wants to win their fourth mission in a row.

They arrive to the mission, and learn they have to eat cow rectum, testicles, eyes, brains, and other body parts. They must each pair up, and they have to feed each other food. Derrick goes with Kina (surprise), Danny gets Jodi, and Patrick gets Ibis. Then they have to nominate one player to eat all the leftovers. They only get 5 minutes to eat the whole plate, and they only get 1 glass of water.

Danny is freaking out, before the mission even starts. Patrick gives a few words of motivation, and the mission starts. Everybody is doing fine, except Danny. He can’t get half of the part down, and the leftover plate is getting full. According to Jodi, 99 percent of the food on that plate is from Danny. After eating the cow brains, he throws down his napkin and says “I hate this stupid fu----- mission”. Everyone is annoyed with Danny, and personally, I wish he would shut up and eat the stupid cow. It’s very clear that Danny is holding his team back, and it’s going to be hard for the Roadies to complete the mission.

After the 13th plate, Patrick has to eat all the leftovers. Ibis is feeding him, and he almost gets it all down, and only has one more thing left. But time is up, and the Roadies lose their first mission, and don’t get the X-Treme Key, and if they lose one more mission, they will have to vote a team member off.

Outside the restaurant, Danny is crying, saying that he let his team down. Derrick is comforts him and Kina is impressed with Derrick, and says that he is a great team member, and he has a good heart.

When they get back to the RV, Ibis finds a stray dog, and they decide to keep it. They name her X, and she becomes the Road Rules X-Treme mascot. Danny is afraid that if they fail another mission, then he will be the one to go home. Patrick says that he wouldn’t think twice about voting off Danny, he didn’t go into the mission with the heart or the will. Good job Patrick.
