Tonya is still pissed that none of the new girls like Ibis, Robin, Ruthie, and Tina didn’t have her back in her “team meeting”, and she thinks that they are only watching out for themselves.

This next mission is called “The Shredder”. The goal of the mission is to collect the most meat in your hat. Two people from each team will be stuffing old meat into a shredder, which will spit out the pieces onto the rest of the team. Then the players with hats must dump all the meat into a box. Whichever team’s box weighs the most, will win this challenge.

During team leader selections, Shane, Mark, and Eric step up and become the leaders of the guys’ team. On the ladies side, it’s a little more difficult. Tonya, the weakest girl left, refuses to step up and become a team leader. She decides that she does not trust her team, and they will defiantly vote her off if they lose the mission. In the end, Robin, Ruthie, and Ibis become the team leaders.

On the girls’ team, the two people working the shredder are Coral and Tina, and on the men’s team are Mark and Eric. As soon as Tina throws the first piece of old meat into the shredder, it flies over the girls’ heads, and misses them completely. The guys, on the other hand, are having a bit more luck with their meat.

In the end, the men defiantly winning the mission, with their meat weighing over 5 pounds than the ladies. The Inner Circles then become:

Women: Everyone but Ibis, Robin, and Ruthie.
Men: Mark, Eric, and Shane.

During the men’s deliberation meeting, the guys stick with their plan of voting the person off that has a DQ, which would be Randy. Over at the ladies lodge, the girls are having a tough time. Coral and Sophia stick up for Ibis, saying that she is a smart girl, and defiantly would be good at puzzles. Tonya and Arissa both vote for Ibis and MTV makes us wait until the commercial break to find out whose leaving.

At elimination hill, the men announce that Randy will be leaving, and the women announce that Ibis will be joining him. Ibis cries, and says that she had a good time on the challenge, and hopes that the girls can win it.
