As opening night is just over a week away, the boys are apprehensive if the show will ever come together. Not alone on their thoughts, Billy is worried and Sharon pushes him to send boys home earlier. Bryce is irritated when he awakes with baby powder liberally applied to his face and back. Highly critical, the group ostracizes Bryce in confessionals, and a few of the boys take their issues to Bryce in a confrontation. Terry accuses Bryce of not working hard enough to win the competition, and sites his use, or lack of use, of the treadmill. Puzzled and irritated, Bryce creates distance from the rest of the guys.

The other guys in the house are not without fault either. Brian and a few others have trouble nailing the dance moves, and it’s a general consensus among the boys that they are not ready or equipped to take on 500 screaming women in Las Vegas in less than two weeks. Things get stickier when the boys dance for Billy. Although generally content, Billy wants to see the boys exude more personality. Sharon is fed up with the guy’s inability to bring the dances to life, and she breaks down while discussing the matter with Billy. To give the boys a much needed confidence boosts (and performance boost) Billy brings the men from Thunder Down Under to dance for the boys. Blown away, the guys are impressed with what they see. Next, it’s the guys turn to show Thunder what they’ve got. Thunder watches each boy, and surprisingly takes a liking to Bryce. After the performances, Thunder joins the boys downstairs to get to know them and their personalities. Chris starts to sob when speaking with two guys from Thunder after they discuss being away from their children. Unable to regain his composure, Chris leaves the party. When it is time for Thunder to tell Billy which guy to vote off, the guys present Billy with a few options, but it is obvious that he must send Chris home. Billy delivers the news to Chris in his office, and the stunned Chris breaks down once more. Billy sites Chris’ inability to be away from his family, and questions if he will be able to do so for months and months at a time. Although distraught, Chris delivers the news to the rest of the house, and each boy thinks “This should be Bryce leaving.” The other boys should watch out though; Thunder wasn’t all that impressed with everyone, especially Terry. We will have to see who gets kicked off after next week’s bachelorette party.
