On last night’s episode they didn’t show anything about John Ferris's birthday. Yesterday was John Ferris's birthday so the entire audience and cast joined in a rousing "Happy Birthday".

Also they didn’t show that Suzie cried a lot more than what you saw on TV since Brandon was eliminated.

What you should have keyed in on was that INXS was really impressed with Ty's performance and they had him do an encore performance. They said that he has redeemed himself after he had been in the bottom 3 about 2 weeks ago. However, you should have also noticed that Ty wasn't the only one who is complemented on his phenomenal performance.

Maybe you saw that Dave Navarro was shocked, as were the members of INXS about who was in the bottom five. Being an international band, INXS said that the
audience's reaction to the performer is really what counts because, ultimately, they are the ones who buy your records and listen to your music.
