In the beginning of the episode, the cast decides to go out for breakfast at The Blue Haven but leave Paula home. They discuss about her eating problems. When they get home, they learn that Paula has always been afraid of food because of getting fat. Then we learn that Tyler wants to take the cast out and introduce them to the gay nightlife of Key West. As expected Svetlana does not want to go but because everyone else does, she really did not have an option.

The cast decides to go to Aqua for the night, one of the many Gay bars in Key West. At first everyone is having a fun time, John was even dancing with the drag queens up on stage. However, after about an hour of this nonsense, the cast is bored and decides to leave Tyler for a straight bar called Irish Kevin’s. Tyler comes up to the bar for a matter of 5 minutes, decides he did not like it and goes back to Aqua with Janelle. This does not sit well with John.

When Tyler returns home late at night, the cast is in the pool having a good time. Tyler confronts John about his actions about leaving the gay bar. John backfires and says at least he tried the gay bar. His main argument was that he stayed at Aqua longer than Tyler stayed at Irish Kevin’s. The next thing was one of the most funniest things I have seen in a while. Dressed to the nine in khaki pants and a nice button down shirt, Tyler is thrown into the pool by John.

After the commercial, we see Janelle and Tyler talking about rights and wrongs. After giving it some thought, Tyler decides to reconcile his differences with John and everything ends on a positive note. In the last five minutes or so, the cast in concerned about Paula’s eating habits. They tell her that they will pay for her to go to therapy and she actually gives it a thought. Zack even convinces her to eat a hot dog without the bun. The episode ends with Paula saying, “I don’t want to live like this the rest of my life.” It looks like all is on a positive path.

All in all a good episode. Full of drama but a bit repetitive about the gay bar situation.

Thanks for reading—
Adam
