There is instant drama from the very beginning of the episode. The cast is arguing over who should be manager of the new Mystic Tan Salon. The final decision does not sit well with one cast member but the rest of the house is fine with it.

At the start the roommates are painting the interior of their new workplace. The employer asked Svetlana and Jose if they want to go to the bank to withdraw money. They agree and leave. On the ride there, Svetlana talks to the owner, Ricky, about the job of being manager. He said it would be ok for Svetlana to be manager as long as everyone agrees upon it. The cast returns home and at this time we learn that Zach is also interested in the manager position. What does Svetlana do? She whines about how if she is not the manager she is going to go home.

Meanwhile, Tyler joins a swim team because he likes to “challenge himself.” The only downfall to this is that he needs to wake up at 5:30 AM everyday. When he woke up it look like a train had ran him over. He was wrecked! Tyler decides to participate in a biathlon. A biathlon consists of a swim section and a running section. In the end, Tyler ended up winning the swimming section easily but never showed or gave the results of his final placing after the run.

The cast invites Ricky over for dinner. At dinner they have a serious conversation about who should be manager. Due to the fact that the cast cannot decide, Ricky decides that the only way this could be decided is with a simple vote. Once again Svetlana begins to cry about how important this managerial job is to her. In the end, Zach wins the job by a unanimous decision. Jose wins the job of vice president and our little whine ass Svetlana is far down the food chain of command as finances manager. Tyler’s reason for not voting for Svetlana was that she is too immature, the youngest one and needs to learn that not everything revolves around her. God I am starting to hate that guy, he thinks he is the best person ever and also thinks that he knows everything.
