It is true—Tracie is twenty-five now, which is considered to be ancient in the modeling industry. Tracie wants to know why she has not been working, and Suzy does not know what to tell her, so blonde casting agent discuses the dilemma with Irene Marie, who simply states that Tracie needs to gain weight.

Meanwhile. Britt is excited about her date with male model Teddy, but the other girls warn her to beware of the male models. Male models have a reputation for being dogs, which is not surprising. Britt spots Teddy late on at a casting and notices him flirting with another model. The two are later seen back at the apartments, smooching in the steamy hot tub. Britt is very disappointed, and the next day, she breaks off her date with the young hunk, stating that the two, “simply have different values.”

Irene Marie later confronts Tracie about her weight, telling that she must gain more if she expects to work again. Tracie acknowledges that a few extra pounds would help her look better and she agrees to Irene Marie’s request. Tracie is very skinny, but she is not the thinnest one in the bunch, in fact, there are much thinner. Is Tracie just the first of many to be castigated for their size? We will stay tuned to see.
