As the competition heats up, Tina and Kenny are cognizant that they need to stay out of Exile and must begin to work better together as a pair. Tina, who often gets frustrated with her partner, needs to see some spectacular change in her partner if she is ever going to restore her faith in him.

Coral and Evan are preoccupied with returning to the top, but Evan’s secret sport’s hernia thwarts their plans. And his hernia is serious—he worries that he may have to forfeit missions because of it.

During the precarious task of swimming in a pool with live sharks, each pair must collect puzzle pieces scattered throughout the water and must put the puzzle together correctly. Five groups are disqualified, and Shane and Linette are the only ones able to complete the puzzle and win the challenge. Katie and her partner are sent into Exile, while Kenny volunteers he and Tina to enter, igniting an inferno is this former Inferno star. Only time will tell which group is eliminated, but at least Wes can relax—this is probably the only time he will not be in Exile.
